  ARTIST PRESENTATIONS - INSTRUCTIONS
Presentation should be no less than 10 minutes. These are visual artists - so you should provide something for us to look at (slides, powerpoint, video, books). The autobiography is less important than what is described as a "comprehensive investigation of the artists work". Some artists work in series - perhaps you highlight a few series or phases of work. And then within that framework it would be important to concentrate on a few significant and specific project.

I might envision a presentation outlined like so:
1. Autobiography (birthplace, education, affiliations, significant peers, artistic movement they may be associated with, historical context)
2. Break down of career and overview of works (look at different movements of work, phases of work, types of work) i.e. Picasso blue period, sculpture vs. painting, cubism.
3. Detailed description of a few select or significant works, how they are/were received, what is the context (other movements happening around them), how they changed / effected art.
4. Resources - you may want to provide your classmates with resources that you discovered (websites, videos, books) - OPTIONAL
